Join our Sargassum Industry Workday hosted by Marine Research Hub (MRH)!

This workday is an opportunity for collaboration, discussion, and exploration of various aspects of collection and processing of sargassum. The goal is to create opportunities for the industry to work together, share, and collaborate…MRH is just facilitating this forum.

Miami-Dade Innovation Authority (MDIA) has recently issued a challenge for innovation to repurpose sargassum and they will be joining to share a bit about this challenge. This workday could be an opportunity to prepare for this award and/or collaborate with others. For more information on this challenge, follow the link below:

This event is scheduled for Thursday August 10, 2023 from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (EST). Currently, the event is in-person, depending on registering participation. It will be held in the Flagship Room of the Marine Industries Association of South Florida, 221 SW 3rd Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312.
